A member of the Public Employment Service, Cap emploi is the Specialised Placement Operator (SPO) defined by the law of 11 February 2005, acting for :

Active people with disabilities, whether or not they are in employment.
Public and private employers acting to promote the employment of people with disabilities, whatever their size.
Cap emploi 75 is a service of the UNIRH 75 association, which has been active in Paris since 1987. The work of our 45-strong team of experts is based on :
- Raising awareness, meeting employers and advising them on how to meet their employment obligations.
- Developing engineering services for the reception, assessment and guidance of people with disabilities seeking employment or professional mobility.

Its state-approved activities, funded by AGEFIPH, FIPHFP and France Travail, cover job preparation, recruitment support, job retention and career development advice.
