Biographie

Michel Elias is a French comedian and singer specializing in dubbing and voices for advertising. He is famous for his performance as an actor in the cult commercial Ovomaltine. He is the French voice of Pumbaa in The Lion King. Vocal transformist, also specialized in accents and cartoon voices, he is the voice-over for thousands of French commercials, many of which are "mythical"; or "collector's items";, such as Dédé, Vahiné c'est gonflé, Mr Happy from McDo, or Fernandel's voice in Puget films. He is an honorary member of the association Lesvoix. fr which brings together actors and performers of recorded voice.
